  • A compassionate, resilient and professional approach to supporting young people.
  • A full UK driving licence is desirable.

We're particularly interested in speaking with experienced Residential Support Workers and Senior Residential Care Workers who are passionate about making a positive difference and looking for their next career opportunity.

  • Sleep-in allowance of £50 to £75 per sleep-in.
  • Permanent employment opportunities across Stoke-on-Trent and Crewe.
  • Opportunities for professional development and career progression.
  • The chance to join a supportive, therapeutic residential care environment.
