NEOS Engineering are working with a well-established engineering and maintenance contractor operating across quarry and heavy industrial sites in the South West. They are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee operations across a key portfolio of quarry-based projects in the Bristol area.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations across quarry and heavy industrial environments. You will oversee engineering teams, subcontractors and site activities to ensure safe, efficient and compliant delivery of works.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily site operations across quarry and industrial environments
  • Supervising engineers, welders and subcontractors on site
  • Ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with site procedures and legislation
  • Planning and coordinating maintenance and project activities
