NEOS Engineering are currently working with a well-established OEM organisation who are looking for an experienced PDI Technician to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled engineer to work with modern heavy equipment in a clean, professional workshop environment with strong long-term progression opportunities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out pre-delivery inspections, assembly, testing, and preparation of new heavy plant equipment prior to customer delivery. You will play a key role in ensuring machines are delivered to the highest standards while supporting workshop operations and quality control processes.
The Role:
- Carrying out PDI inspections on new heavy plant equipment
- Assembly, testing, and commissioning of machinery
- Completing diagnostic checks and ensuring machines meet OEM standards
- Identifying and rectifying faults prior to delivery
- Completing all associated paperwork and inspection reports
- Supporting workshop engineers and service teams where required
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety
