Neos Engineering are partnered with a well-established construction plant equipment business who are looking to grow their field-based support team with an experienced Mobile Plant Fitter. The company supports construction, civils and groundwork clients across the South Yorkshire region, providing high-quality maintenance and repair solutions.
The Role
- Travelling to customer sites to service, maintain and repair construction plant machinery.
- Diagnosing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults.
- Responding to breakdowns, routine servicing and scheduled inspections.
- Completing accurate job sheets and maintaining strong workmanship standards.
- Representing the business professionally while working independently on the road.
The Candidate
- Have experience as a Plant Fitter, Mobile Plant Technician, Field Service Engineer or similar.
- Be confident working with hydraulics, electrics, diesel engines and transmissions.
- Ideally have experience with excavators, dumpers, telehandlers, rollers and similar plant equipment.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- Be able to work independently with a strong customer-focused approach.
