NEOS Engineering are currently working with a well-established and highly respected organisation within the heavy plant, recycling and material processing sector who are looking for a Workshop Engineer to join their growing team in Knutsford.
Salary: £18.00 - £20.00 Per Hour + Overtime + OEM Training + Progression
The Role:
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs on a wide range of heavy plant and recycling equipment
- Diagnosing hydraulic, mechanical and electrical faults
- Working on crushers, shredders, screeners and associated machinery
- Completing planned maintenance and reactive repairs
- Supporting workshop operations and ensuring high standards of work are maintained
- Working closely with the engineering and service teams
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have experience working on heavy plant, recycling equipment, quarrying equipment, crushers, shredders or similar machinery. You could come from backgrounds such as:
- Heavy Plant Engineer
- Crusher / Screener Engineer
- Recycling Engineer
- Agricultural Engineer
- Powered Access Engineer
- HGV / REME / Mechanical Fitter backgrounds also considered
