NEOS are currently looking for an experienced Heavy Plant Engineer/Service Engineer/Plant Fitter to join a well-established and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated engineer who enjoys working across a variety of equipment brands and models, with clear career progression and excellent benefits on offer.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience working with construction plant and equipment from leading manufacturers. You will be confident inspecting, servicing and repairing out in the field on customer sites. This is a permanent, full-time position offering great perks for the successful engineer, including manufacturer training, unmatched overtime rates and bonus.
The Role:
- Repair, service, and inspect a wide range of plant and equipment prior to hire and upon return
- Fault diagnosis and repair in line with manufacturer recommendations
- Work across a wide range of machinery including excavators, telehandlers, dumpers, rollers and associated equipment
The Candidate:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Professionally recognised qualification in plant maintenance and repair
- Understanding of engineering principles and practices
