The Role
As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on a range of heavy plant and construction equipment at customer sites. You'll be the face of the business, providing a first-class service while ensuring machines are returned to service safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain and repair heavy plant machinery at customer sites.
- Carry out fault finding and diagnostics on mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Complete planned maintenance and reactive breakdowns.
- Diagnose faults using manufacturer guidelines.
