WORKS MANAGER Basildon | Up to £85,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + Benefits | Permanent NEOS Engineering are currently recruiting for an experienced Works Manager to join an established engineering contractor delivering major earthworks. This is a senior site-based opportunity for an experienced Works Manager / Construction Manager with a strong background in bulk earthworks, site operations and managing large teams and subcontractor gangs. You'll take overall responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of site operations, working closely with senior management, engineering and commercial teams to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme. THE ROLE As Works Manager, you'll lead the site-based project team with a particular focus on bulk earthworks, logistics, resource management and subcontractor coordination .
