NEOS Engineering are currently working with a well-established and growing contractor who are looking to appoint a Construction Estimator to join their expanding tendering team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong civils or groundworks background, combined with commercial or Quantity Surveying experience, to play a key role in securing large-scale project work.
The Role:
- You will be responsible for supporting the tendering process, focusing on the civils and groundwork elements of major new projects.
- Working alongside an existing Mechanical Estimator, you'll be involved in producing accurate costings and contributing to competitive, high-quality submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing detailed cost estimates for civils and groundworks packages
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
- Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations
