NEOS Engineering are partnered with a market-leading organisation in the crushing and screening sector, expanding their engineering team due to a strong pipeline of secured projects across the UK. They are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a background in Aggregates, Recycling and Heavy Plant.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer with expertise on static plant to join a forward-thinking business offering top rates of pay, long-term stability and excellent earning potential.
The Role
- Perform electrical diagnostics, servicing and repairs on crushers, screeners, and static processing plant.
- Install, maintain, and fault find on control panels, sensors, PLCs and wiring systems.
- Carry out inspections and electrical testing to ensure compliance and site safety.
- Support mechanical and hydraulic maintenance when required.
- Assist with plant setup, commissioning, decommissioning, and electrical integration for new systems.
- Work across quarry, aggregate and recycling sites ensuring plant operates at maximum efficiency.
The Candidate
- Proven background working on crushing, screening, or static plant equipment.
- Strong electrical diagnostics knowledge – PLCs, wiring, fault finding, testing, sensors.
- Mechanical / hydraulic skills advantageous.
- Able to work independently or as part of a team in busy quarry / recycling environments.
- CSCS, NPORS or CPCS certification (preferred, not essential).
- Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel (expenses covered).

- £22.00 – £25.00 per hour (DOE).
- Regular overtime available – OTE £75K–£80K per year.
