NEOS Engineering are recruiting for an experienced Civil Engineering Estimator to join a growing contractor delivering a wide range of infrastructure and heavy civils projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator with a strong background in civil engineering, infrastructure, highways, drainage, earthworks, utilities or reinforced concrete works to join a business with a strong pipeline of long-term projects.
The Role
- Preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, BOQs and tender documentation
- Producing take-offs and pricing labour, plant, materials and subcontract packages
- Obtaining and analysing supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Assessing project risks and commercial considerations during tender stage
