Hydraulic Fitter Birmingham£36,000 - £38,000 + Overtime + Career Progression About the Company We're working with a well-established and growing machinery business that specialises in hydraulic attachments and heavy equipment.
With a strong reputation for quality service and customer support, they're looking to add a Hydraulic Fitter to their expanding team.
The Role As a Hydraulic Fitter, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing hydraulic attachments for a range of heavy machinery, both in the workshop and on customer sites.
Your responsibilities will include: Installing and fitting hydraulic attachments Carrying out Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI)Diagnosing faults and completing repairs Routine servicing and maintenance of hydraulic systems Delivering and collecting machinery and attachments Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard Maintaining accurate service records This is a varied role combining workshop-based work with site visits across the local area.
The Candidate Experience working with hydraulic systems and attachments Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Able to read hydraulic schematics and technical drawings Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Full UK driving licence Backgrounds considered: Construction machinery, plant hire, agricultural machinery, heavy equipment, hydraulic engineering or similar.
