NEOS Engineering are working with a leading manufacturer of construction machinery who are looking to recruit a Workshop Engineer to join their growing team in Maidstone. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected OEM that invests heavily in its people, provides ongoing manufacturer training and offers genuine long-term career progression.
The Role
- Servicing, maintaining and repairing heavy construction plant in the workshop.
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults.
- Carrying out PDI work, inspections and machine preparation.
- Completing planned maintenance and major repairs to a high standard.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with manufacturer standards.
The Ideal Candidate
We are keen to speak with engineers from backgrounds such as: Heavy Plant, Construction Plant, Agricultural Machinery, Material Handling, Recycling Equipment, Quarrying Equipment, HGV or other mobile machinery. The successful candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge, good fault-finding ability and a proactive approach to maintenance and repairs.
