Neos Engineering are partnered with a leading engineering company who are looking to appoint an experienced Electrician to join their growing team in Stoke. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled electrician who enjoys fault finding, diagnostics, and hands-on electrical work in a practical engineering environment.
This is a full-time position where the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing electrical systems on a variety of equipment. The role will focus heavily on electrical fault finding, diagnostics, and repair, ensuring equipment remains safe, reliable, and fully operational.
You will be working with electrical components such as wiring systems, sensors, relays, batteries, and control systems, carrying out both reactive repairs and planned maintenance. This role will suit an electrician who enjoys practical problem solving and working with electrical systems in a hands-on setting.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week
- Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience working with electrical systems, wiring, and control circuits
- The ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Experience working in industrial, engineering, automotive, or similar electrical environments
- A proactive and professional approach to electrical maintenance and repairs
- Electrical qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Electrical Maintenance, City & Guilds, or similar electrical engineering qualifications would be advantageous.
