This role will see you working closely with field service engineers and customers, ensuring service operations run smoothly while delivering first-class customer support.
The Role
As Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for planning engineer schedules, coordinating breakdowns and servicing, managing customer communication and supporting the day-to-day operation of a busy service department. You'll become a key part of the business, ensuring customers receive a professional, efficient and responsive service.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate field service engineers.
- Manage reactive breakdowns and planned maintenance.
