NEOS Engineering is recruiting an experienced Processing Site Supervisor to manage the day-to-day performance of operations at our processing site. This hands-on role involves overseeing personnel, coordinating plant activities, and ensuring all operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with operational objectives. The role also includes practical, operational duties when required, providing a blend of supervisory oversight and hands-on support across the crushing, screening, and washing plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site operations, personnel, and contractors.
- Ensure all plant operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with site standards.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, housekeeping, and environmental compliance.
- Attend and contribute to site safety meetings and briefings.
- Monitor plant performance, identify defects, and undertake minor repairs where appropriate.
- Escalate major defects through appropriate reporting channels.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, production, and inventory.
- Ensure contractors comply with site requirements, documentation, and safe systems of work.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised site environment.

Experience Required
- Proven experience supervising operations in crushing, screening, washing, or batching environments.

- Knowledge of the quarrying or construction industry.
- Aware of commercial and operational considerations.
Core Skills / Competencies
- CPCS / CSCS cards relevant to crushing/screening operations.
- SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
- Excavator / loading shovel licence (desirable but not essential).
- Flexible approach to working hours, including overtime where required.
- Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solving with high attention to detail.
- Strong safety-first mindset and ability to enforce standards.
- Competent with IT and reporting systems.
