Location: Exeter

The Role
As a Mobile Plant Fitter, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and supporting a wide range of construction, earthmoving, and agricultural equipment across customer and project sites. Working as part of the wider major projects team, you will carry out scheduled maintenance, preventative servicing, inspections, and consumable replacement to ensure equipment remains safe, compliant, and operational.
Equipment includes:
- Excavators
- Articulated Dump Trucks (ADTs)
- Dozers
- Telehandlers
- Compaction Equipment
- Agricultural Machinery
Key responsibilities include:
- Routine servicing in line with manufacturer specifications and schedules
- Lubricant and fluid monitoring and replenishment
- Preventative maintenance and condition monitoring
- Fault identification and reporting
- Cleaning, inspecting, and preparing equipment
