We are seeking a skilled and motivated Hydraulic Attachments Fitter to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of hydraulic attachments used on heavy machinery and construction equipment. This role will also involve delivering and collecting equipment, as well as attaching and detaching hydraulic attachments on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect machinery and attachments as required
- Install, assemble, and fit hydraulic attachments to heavy equipment
- Carry out PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) to ensure machines and attachments are fit for purpose
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on hydraulic systems
- Diagnose faults and carry out efficient repairs
- Ensure all hydraulic components meet safety and quality standards
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Work collaboratively with engineering teams to optimise performance
- Comply with all health and safety regulations at all times
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in hydraulic systems, fitting, and maintenance
- Strong understanding of hydraulic schematics and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable Skills
- Experience working with construction or agricultural machinery
- Certification in hydraulic safety and maintenance
