NEOS Engineering are working with a growing and well-established recycling machinery business who are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join the team. The role will see you working on a range of recycling and waste machinery including shredders, conveyors, screens, crushers and associated heavy equipment. The position is field based covering customer sites across the Midlands and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on heavy plant, recycling equipment, quarry machinery, agricultural machinery or similar heavy mechanical equipment. Strong hydraulic and mechanical fault-finding experience is essential.

  • Service, maintenance and repair of shredders and recycling machinery
  • Diagnosing mechanical and hydraulic faults
  • Field based role covering customer sites
  • Carrying out inspections, breakdowns and planned maintenance
  • Working closely with customers and providing a high level of service

Experience as a Plant Fitter, Recycling Engineer, Crusher Engineer or Field Service Engineer is required. Strong mechanical and hydraulic knowledge is essential, and electrical fault-finding experience is advantageous. A full UK Driving Licence is necessary. We are looking for candidates seeking a long-term opportunity with overtime available.
