NEOS Engineering Recruitment are working exclusively with a leading supplier of high-performance chippers, stump grinders, and forestry machinery who are growing their UK sales division.
We\’re looking for a driven Sales Executive with a passion for marketing, social media and machinery to take ownership of their Arboriculture sector sales pipeline — managing an already-established customer base and building a network from the ground up across the Forestry & Tree Surgery sector.
The Role:
- Selling industry-leading machinery across the UK arboriculture and forestry sector
- Owning and developing the sales pipeline – a current base generating £40,000+ in commission per year
- Managing customer relationships from first call to final demo
- Creating, growing and owning the company\’s Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn pages
- Cold calling, warm leads, inbound & outbound sales
- Organising and attending on-site machine demos
- Using the CRM to maintain data and track sales performance
- Working closely with the marketing and operations team
The Ideal Candidate:
- Background in sales or business development – ideally within machinery, tools or industrial sectors
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn for lead generation and audience building
- Confident with cold calling, lead nurturing, and closing
- Self-starter – able to build a network and take full ownership of the sales process
- Experience using a CRM for sales tracking
- Comfortable with technical product demos (full training provided)
- Knowledge or interest in forestry, tree surgery or arboriculture is highly beneficial
