NEOS Engineering are working with a leading manufacturer of construction machinery who are looking to recruit a Workshop Engineer to join their growing team in Maidstone. As a Workshop Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Servicing, maintaining and repairing heavy construction plant in the workshop.
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults.
- Carrying out PDI work, inspections and machine preparation.
- Completing planned maintenance and major repairs to a high standard.
The successful candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge, good fault-finding ability and a proactive approach to maintenance and repairs.
