Plant Fitter
Salary: £33,000 – £40,000 + Overtime, Pension & Company Van
Neos Engineering are partnered with a leading nationwide specialist in concrete drilling, sawing, hydraulic bursting, and controlled demolition, who are seeking a skilled Plant Fitter to join their team.
The Role
As a Plant Fitter, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of small tools and plant equipment, including petrol and diesel engines, electrical tools (110v–415v), hydraulic hand tools, robotic demolition machines, and generators. This hybrid role will see you based both in the workshop and out in the field, supporting site operations as needed. Your role will include:

Fault diagnosis and high-standard repairs to minimise downtime

Preventive and planned maintenance tasks

Attending breakdowns when required

Maintaining accurate records (both written and digital)

Supporting company procedures and ongoing training initiatives
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in a similar fitter/maintenance role

Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

A valid full UK Driving Licence
