NEOS are currently seeking experienced HV Cable Jointers to join a growing team delivering high-quality works across the South East and beyond. Specializing in 11kV and 33kV cable systems, this is an excellent opportunity for skilled Cable Jointers who want stable, long-term employment with great benefits and overtime earning potential.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience with the installation, maintenance, and repair of various cable types including PILC, XLPE, Fluid, and PICAS. Additional skills such as Sheath Testing, Withstand Testing, and Fault Location are highly desirable — however, full training will be provided if necessary.

Day-to-day duties will include cable jointing and terminating, testing, fault-finding, and contributing to site safety documentation. You will be working both independently and alongside a highly skilled team, ensuring projects are completed safely and to the highest standard.

This is a permanent, full-time role offering excellent long-term prospects.

The Role:
  • HV Cable Jointing and Termination at 11kV and 33kV
  • Installation, maintenance, and repair of MV and HV cable systems
  • Carrying out testing (Insulation, Voltage, Sheath Testing, Fault Location)
  • Reading and completing site safety documents and jointing records
  • Working across the South East and occasionally across the UK/Europe
The Candidate:
  • Proven experience in HV Cable Jointing (11kV and 33kV)
  • Experience with various cable types: PILC, XLPE, Fluid, PICAS
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and attention to detail
  • Full UK Driving License required
