NEOS are currently looking for an experienced Heavy Plant Engineer/ Service Engineer/ Plant Fitter to join a well-established and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated engineer who enjoys working across a variety of equipment brands and models, with clear career progression and excellent benefits on offer.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience working with construction plant and equipment from leading manufacturers. You will be confident inspecting, servicing and repairing out in the field on customer sites.

This is a permanent, full-time position offering great perks for the successful engineer, the company offers manufacturer training, unmatched overtime rates and bonus.

The Role:
  • Repair, service, and inspect a wide range of plant and equipment prior to hire and upon return
  • Fault diagnosis and repair in line with manufacturer recommendations
  • Work across a wide range of machinery including excavators, telehandlers, dumpers, rollers and associated equipment
The Candidate:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Professionally recognised qualification in plant maintenance and repair
  • Understanding of engines, hydraulics, mechanical and electrical systems
  • Experience working with equipment from major manufacturers JCB, CAT, Develon, Sany
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
