NEOS Engineering are currently working with a well-established and highly respected plant hire organisation that is looking to bring an experienced Mobile Plant Fitter into their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business known for its modern fleet, strong reputation, and commitment to high standards of maintenance and customer service.
As a Mobile Plant Fitter, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of heavy plant equipment, attending customer sites and carrying out repairs in the field.
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and inspections on plant machinery
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults on-site
- Responding to breakdowns and completing field-based repairs
- Ensuring all work is completed to high safety and quality standards
Proven experience as a Mobile Plant Fitter, Field Service Engineer, or similar. Experience working on equipment such as excavators, dumpers, rollers, and telehandlers. Full UK driving licence required.
Salary between £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience. Plenty of overtime available. Ongoing training and development opportunities. Stable, long-term position with a growing company.
