Neos Engineering are partnered with a well-established and growing engineering-focused business operating within the aftermarket and services sector. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking an Aftermarket Inside Sales Representative to join their Aftersales team and support parts and service revenue growth.
The Role
This is a varied and customer-focused inside sales role, ideal for individuals with experience in telesales, recruitment, internal sales, or other target-driven environments. You will manage and develop an existing regional customer database, acting as the primary point of contact while building long-term relationships over the telephone.
- Managing an existing customer base of approximately 800 accounts via telephone
- Driving parts and service sales through proactive outbound calling
- Developing customers into structured call cycles and meeting monthly call targets
- Lead generation and prospect qualification, including appointment setting where required
- Actively promoting marketing campaigns, offers, and events
- Maintaining accurate customer and equipment data within internal systems
- Acting as an account manager for customers, offering advice and tailored solutions
- Supporting aftersales marketing initiatives, including digital communication
- Working closely with internal departments and attending regional sales meetings
The Candidate
This role would suit someone from a telesales, recruitment, internal sales, account management, or customer-focused sales background who is confident on the phone and motivated by targets and commission.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in a sales, telesales, recruitment, or customer-facing role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, persuasive, and results-driven mindset
- Confidence working to KPIs and revenue targets
- Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- An interest in engineering, machinery, or technical products (beneficial but not essential)
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Full UK driving licence
- Flexibility to travel and stay overnight when required, with willingness to relocate for future field sales opportunities
