Field Service Engineer - ADT (OEM) Location: Milton Keynes, Biggleswade, Luton, Aylesbury & surrounding areas Salary: Up to £21ph based on a 40 hour week NEOS Engineering are working with a leading name in the heavy plant and machinery industry who are looking to recruit an experienced Field Service Engineer to join their growing team to work on their fleet of ADTs. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Plant Engineer, Heavy Plant Fitter or Field Service Engineer to work on a range of heavy construction machinery, carrying out servicing, maintenance, repairs and breakdown work across customer sites. The role will cover Milton Keynes and surrounding areas, including Biggleswade, Luton, Aylesbury, Bedford, Leighton Buzzard, Dunstable, Northampton, Bletchley and surrounding towns.
The Role:
Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on a range of heavy plant and construction machinery. Attend customer sites to diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults. Complete planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown repairs. Carry out inspections and ensure machinery is maintained to a high standard. Work independently across the designated territory, managing your workload effectively. Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with customers.
The Candidate: NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plant Maintenance or Land-Based Engineering (essential). Previous experience as a Heavy Plant Engineer, Field Service Engineer, Plant Fitter or similar. Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding abilities. Experience working on heavy construction machinery or plant equipment. Good knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems.
