CHP Maintenance Engineer
Gloucester / Bristol / Oxford
£36,000 – £45,000 + Overtime + Benefits
Neos Engineering are partnered with a well-established and industry-leading provider of critical power and energy efficiency solutions, supporting clients across the UK. Due to continued growth and demand, they are looking to add a skilled CHP Maintenance Engineer to their field-based team, covering the South West and surrounding regions.
The Role

Carry out planned maintenance and servicing on CHP systems ranging from 30kW to 500kW.

Respond to breakdowns as the first point of contact, carrying out diagnostic and corrective work.

Work with electrical and mechanical systems, including LTHW, pumps, inverters, and BMS.

Utilise control and monitoring software such as Comap, TEM, and DSE.

Complete detailed site reports and communicate regularly with the wider service team.

Travel throughout the UK with flexibility for overnight stays when required.

Ensure safe working practices, complete risk assessments, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Minimum 3 years\’ experience in CHP servicing or a similar field-based engineering role.

Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, particularly with LV power systems and LTHW circuits.

Confident using software tools for diagnostics and control (e.g. Comap PC Suite, DSE Configuration Suite).

IEE 18th Edition qualified and holding a relevant mechanical or electrical engineering qualification.

Excellent communicator with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.

Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.

Flexible with travel and overnight stays.
