Workshop Engineer Rotherham Up to £40,000 + Manufacturer Training + Career Progression + Excellent Benefits NEOS Engineering are recruiting for a Workshop Engineer to join a leading specialist engineering business in Rotherham .

This is a fantastic opportunity for a mechanically minded engineer to work on specialist piling and foundation equipment , receive world-class manufacturer training, and secure a long-term career with a well-established company.

Based in a clean, modern workshop, you'll be responsible for servicing, repairing and rebuilding specialist machinery, with a particular focus on gearboxes, transmissions and engines .

Full manufacturer training will be provided, including an initial 2–3 week training programme in Germany .

The Role Service, repair and overhaul specialist piling and foundation equipment.

Strip, inspect and rebuild gearboxes, transmissions and engines.

Diagnose and rectify mechanical faults.

Carry out workshop-based repairs to a high standard.

Work independently while maintaining excellent health & safety standards.

Attend manufacturer training to develop your technical expertise.

The Ideal Candidate Experience as a Workshop Engineer, Plant Fitter, Mechanical Fitter, HGV Technician, Agricultural Engineer or Heavy Plant Engineer .

Strong mechanical knowledge of gearboxes, engines, transmissions and hydraulics .

Experience working on heavy plant, construction equipment or similar machinery.

Able to work independently with a proactive attitude.

Engineering qualifications are beneficial but not essential .
