Base location: Reading (hybrid working 2‑3 days per week)

Salary: up to £65k + performance‑related bonus + a range of other benefits

Working pattern: Permanent full‑time with hybrid working

About the role

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for the creation and execution of Wholesale‑focused marketing campaigns with the end goal of increasing brand awareness and generating leads to bring in new ROI. You will take a hands‑on approach in delivering successful marketing campaigns for the wholesale sector and must have previous experience in a similar B2B telecoms company with a wholesale or channel division. The role is highly autonomous, so you must be motivated, self‑sufficient, and able to hit the ground running, introducing new campaign ideas and moving existing campaigns to completion.

Duties & responsibilities

  • Support and contribute to the wider marketing plan, identifying target markets and driving activity against marketing objectives.
  • Deliver multi‑touchpoint campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain product content, web pages and keyword activity.
  • Be competent in launching go‑to‑market campaigns to support product launches.
  • Work on key projects already in development to take these to completion and bring ideas for new campaigns.
  • Track, analyse and report on campaign performance.
  • Support the sector on relevant national events.
  • Work with key stakeholders across marketing, sales and product teams to create and develop collateral to assist with campaigns and messaging.

Key skills and experience

  • BA (Hons) Business or Marketing degree and/or CIM qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience within a B2B marketing team with excellent written and communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Previous experience in the telecoms or technology sector & creating wholesale/channel campaigns.
  • Ability to use reporting and analytics to interpret customer behaviour to suggest campaign testing and new messaging.
  • Experience in inbound marketing desired; experience with automated email platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Experience in managing agencies.
  • IT skills including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
  • Proven experience delivering excellent communication and content.
