What is the role?
Working within the Wholesale sales team, the Account Director will need to drive new revenue sales of Neos Networks connectivity products & bespoke network solutions. The role is primarily focussed on Strategic account growth and new Business Development via new logo acquisition across the Wholesale vertical, with particular emphasis on Key MSPs & ISPs, plus revenue growth from a number of existing accounts.
Key tasks:
- Provide comprehensive account plans and strategies to win new business from new logo Customers and from existing accounts.
- Provide accurate and detailed weekly forecast funnel of identified and proposed opportunities to meet or exceed sales quota requirements.
- Sales engagement to develop specific target markets and product propositions.
- Contribute towards the development of sales campaigns.
- Provide a summary of new product, network enhancements, and commercial improvements required to optimise sales to your customers.
What do I need?
- Proven experience selling to Wholesale Customers, Alt Nets / MSPs, and in particular connectivity solutions.
- An excellent understanding of Wholesale connectivity products, including dark fibre, optical and ethernet services, managed internet access and cloud connect.
- A proven track record of selling to new logo Wholesale clients.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to shape commercial propositions to secure sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present sales propositions to all levels within target accounts.
- The ability to work across the organisation to close new business orders and to meet sales targets.
- Experience of using CRM to provide the business with accurate sales forecasts.
