You will be responsible for producing detailed technical drawings containing defined and accurate bill of materials thus enabling full delivery and build of your proposal. This will include the detailed design of SDH/PDH, Radio, Microwave, Protection and SCADA which could also include IP LAN/WAN connectivity solutions. You will show confidence in guiding the customer through your pre-design and have the technical expertise to support both project management during delivery and Tier 3 Operations during commissioning of your design.

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrable planning and implementation knowledge of telecommunication infrastructure technologies including fibre optic cabling, SDH / PDH multiplexers, microwave radio and ancillary equipment (space and power). Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of programmes including Visio & Excel and a good working knowledge of OSI network layers 1, 2 & 3.

We are looking for candidates that can display a high level of confidence, be able to demonstrate initiative and have the ability to deliver projects on time and in budget. If you are self-motivated with a good working knowledge of telecommunications technologies and can demonstrate a strong focus on personal and corporate safety, then we want to hear from you.
