We're looking for a proactive, ambitious and results-driven Assistant Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team at Neos Networks. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented marketer who wants to develop their career within a fast-paced B2B technology and telecommunications business. You'll play a key role in planning, executing and optimising integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads and support revenue growth across our business.

We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in. You'll be naturally curious, creative and highly organised, with a passion for turning ideas into action and using data and insight to continually improve performance. You'll work closely with sales, product and commercial teams, taking ownership of campaign delivery while learning from an experienced and supportive marketing function. If you're commercially minded, thrive on accountability, and love seeing the impact of your work through measurable results, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

  • Campaign planning & execution: Support the development and delivery of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and lead generation. Take ownership of campaign activity from briefing and planning through to execution, optimisation and reporting. Help develop and launch go-to-market campaigns that support new product launches, propositions and strategic initiatives. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and aligned to business objectives.
  • Lead generation & performance: Manage campaigns with a clear focus on marketing KPIs, lead generation, conversion and ROI. Monitor campaign performance using analytics and marketing automation tools. Use data, testing and customer insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. Produce regular performance reports, highlighting successes, learnings and recommendations.
  • Content & creative development: Create and coordinate engaging content across digital channels, email, social media, customer communications, sales collateral and website content. Work closely with product and sales teams to translate complex technical propositions into compelling customer-focused messaging. Bring new campaign ideas and creative thinking to the team, identifying fresh opportunities to engage target audiences and differentiate the Neos brand.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Build strong relationships with sales, product and commercial teams to ensure marketing activity supports wider business objectives. Attend planning sessions, sales meetings and business reviews to maintain alignment and identify new opportunities. Collaborate with agencies, suppliers and partners to deliver high-quality marketing activity.
  • Events & market engagement: Support the planning and execution of industry events, exhibitions, partner activities and customer engagement programmes. Help maximise the value of event investment through pre-event promotion, onsite activation and post-event follow-up.

What we're looking for

  • Essential skills & experience: Solid experience in a B2B marketing role. Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience analysing campaign performance and using data to drive decision-making. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A highly proactive, self-motivated approach with a willingness to take ownership and drive activity forward. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Experience using marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo or similar. Familiarity with website analytics platforms such as GA4. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Desirable: Experience within telecommunications, technology, connectivity or a related B2B industry. Understanding of wholesale, channel or partner marketing. Experience managing agencies and external suppliers. CIM qualification or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.

What success looks like

In this role, you'll be: Consistently delivering campaigns that generate measurable business results. Bringing new ideas and creative thinking to the marketing team. Using data and insights to improve performance and optimise ROI. Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
