NEOS Hospitality is a dynamic hospitality group operating multiple venues across progressive brands—with a clear strategic roadmap for rapid, scalable growth. The group is seeking a proven Finance Director to join the Executive Leadership Team at a pivotal point in its journey. This is a critical, board-facing appointment with responsibility for shaping and executing the financial strategy of the group, building a high-performance finance function, and enabling value creation in line with investor expectations and commercial ambition.

As Finance Director, you will act as the principal financial advisor to the CEO, Board, and investors. You will lead the development and execution of a finance strategy that underpins the group's growth, supports operational excellence, and enhances shareholder value. This role requires both strategic vision and operational rigour—someone capable of aligning financial discipline with entrepreneurial drive, and driving outcomes in a fast-moving, multi-site environment.

Serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, contributing to strategic decision-making, long-range planning, and capital deployment. Lead the financial stewardship of the business—ensuring robust governance, capital efficiency, and alignment with PE value creation metrics. Provide high-quality board-level reporting, insight, and scenario planning to support performance optimisation, risk mitigation, and investment decisions.

Performance Management & Insight

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across the group, with a focus on margin performance, operational KPIs, and like-for-like trading analytics. Build and own a best-in-class FP&A function, providing forward-looking insight to support commercial and operational leadership teams. Develop dynamic financial models to support site rollouts, strategic investments, acquisitions, and potential divestments.

Finance Function Leadership

Build, develop, and lead a high-performing finance team—driving accountability, clarity of purpose, and cross-functional collaboration. Ensure timely, accurate statutory and regulatory reporting across all jurisdictions, including tax, audit, and compliance oversight. Oversee cashflow, working capital, and treasury management to ensure financial resilience and scalability.

Systems, Data & Transformation

Drive finance transformation through systems integration, automation, and process optimisation—ensuring the finance infrastructure supports growth. Partner with the business systems team to enhance financial data quality, reporting capabilities, and real-time decision-making.

Proven track record as a Finance Director or CFO. Deep expertise across strategic finance, commercial analysis, governance, and capital management. Highly analytical, with advanced financial modelling capability and sound judgement in complex, ambiguous scenarios. Board-ready communicator with the gravitas to engage, influence, and challenge at executive and investor level. Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a strong academic background.
