- Process Improvement – Continually review and improve financial processes, controls, and reporting to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Balance Sheet Management – Reconcile and review balance sheet accounts, ensuring appropriate controls are maintained.
- Systems & Data – Maintain and enhance Excel models and contribute to the ongoing development of reporting tools, including Power BI dashboards.
- Ad Hoc Analysis – Provide financial analysis and project support to the Finance Director as required (e.g., new site openings, capex analysis, supplier reviews).
Skills, Experience & Qualifications

- Strong management accounting experience, ideally within a multi‑site hospitality, leisure, or retail environment.
- Excellent Excel skills, including data manipulation, financial modelling, and use of pivot tables and lookups.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and build strong working relationships with non‑financial stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience using Power BI or similar data visualisation tools.
- Knowledge of hospitality‑specific finance systems.
- Experience supporting new venue openings or business integrations.
Personal Attributes

- Proactive, hands‑on, and adaptable.
- A strong team player who can also work independently and take ownership.
- Enthusiastic and resilient with a continuous improvement mindset.
