What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the charge - Lead venue and team with confidence and make sure the energy stays high from open till close while mentoring our junior managers to step, lead shifts and grow into legends themselves.
- Owning the floor – Be present on the floor, keeping the vibe high, the service slick and every pint poured to perfection.
- Driving the Buzz – Be at the heart of delivering unforgettable events, cracking promotions and moments that pack the place and keep the good times rolling.
- Owning the Numbers – Stay sharp on the numbers, manage stock, cash and compliance and make sure that everything is running smoothly behind the scenes.
- Setting the Standard – Deliver a guest experience that's bigger, bolder and better than anyone else out there.
- Keeping it Safe – Stay on top of licensing, health and safety and compliance with zero shortcuts.
- Building relationships – Be the face around town, maintain strong relationships with local authorities and the wider community.
Who You Are
- Battle Tested – You've been a General or Senior Deputy Manager for at least two years in a high-volume, branded hospitality venue. You know how to handle the heat when the place is packed.
- All Round Legend – You're just as sharp behind the scenes as you are out front. Whether it’s running the floor, smashing targets, managing stock or keeping everything safe and compliant – you’ve got it covered.
