Neos Global Search is partnering with an innovative, £multi-million investment fund looking for a calibre addition to its core lending investment team. A pivotal role at an incredibly exciting time in the company's life. We are looking to speak with the top 5% of real estate (or infrastructure) investment professionals to lead transactions and crucially, to influence long-term portfolio strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of debt and equity investments
  • Lead on project development and development of business cases for strategically significant projects
  • Report to the SLT on investment propositions and pricing, ROI, NPV and identifying risks and mitigation strategies
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with a range of key partners including the business advisory community, investors and rainmakers in the industry
  • Critically analyse business cases, assessing risks and performing gap, sensitivity and scenario analysis

Requirements

  • Capability to build relationships across all levels internally as well as client and stakeholder management
  • Demonstrable background in real estate investments, debt or equity
  • ACA, CIMA, CFA, MBA qualified (desirable, not essential)
