Neos Global Search is partnering with a rapidlyâexpanding accountancy boutique, looking to raise the bar within its Corporate Finance division with a highâcalibre Director of Corporate Finance. The role will sit on the senior leadership team and be responsible for delivering bestâinâclass buyâside and sellâside mandates across the UK and represents a genuine opportunity to shape the direction of travel within a growing corporate finance firm.
With an established accounting client base, the individual will spearhead the growth of the CF specific arm of the business with the aim of driving yearâonâyear growth, both building and driving the strategic direction of this marketâleading brand.
The successful Director of Corporate Finance will have the following background:
- 7+ years experience within buyâside and sellâside corporate finance
- ACA or CFA qualification
- Demonstrable experience in winning and delivering client mandates
The remit will cover the national market and to this end, there is a degree of flex on location. Regular travel to the regional offices nationally will be required. Whilst a Manchesterâbased candidate would be desirable, other locations will be considered, but this person will need to be in the North West a minimum of 3 days per week.
