We're looking for a high-calibre Senior Relationship Manager with an awesome boutique lender to support high-growth and start-up businesses in the South West. This is a unique player-coach role sitting in the pocket of day-to-day lending activities, as well as leading a team of calibre Relationship Managers across the region.
If you have a minimum of 10 years of experience in business/corporate lending, debt finance or credit analysis, we'd love to hear from you.
Key deliverables:- Build out your own portfolio of regional businesses and advise on their funding needs
- Act as point person to SLT on pipeline monitoring
- Analyse clients' business plans and loan appraisals, and provide strategic recommendations to clients
- Cultivate strong relationships with intermediaries in the region and network accordingly
- Work closely with the Portfolio Manager and Investment Committee on presenting high-quality opportunities
- Min 10 years' of SME/corporate lending experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients
- A collaborative team player with ability to manage their own calendar
- Experience of team leadership or direct line management
