NEOS Engineering are working with a leading manufacturer of construction machinery who are looking to recruit a Workshop Engineer to join their growing team in Maidstone.

The Role
As a Workshop Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Servicing, maintaining and repairing heavy construction plant in the workshop.
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults.
- Carrying out PDI work, inspections and machine preparation.
- Completing planned maintenance and major repairs to a high standard.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with manufacturer standards.
The Ideal Candidate
We are keen to speak with engineers from backgrounds such as:
- Construction Plant
- Agricultural Machinery
- Recycling Equipment
- Quarrying Equipment
- HGV or other mobile machinery
The successful candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge, good fault-finding ability and a proactive approach to maintenance and repairs.
