NEOS Engineering are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join the team in Penarth. NEOS is one of the fastest growing start up Recruitment agencies in the UK establishing themselves quickly into the UK & UAE engineering market. Due to this growth we’re looking for a Trainee to join the team.
The candidate we are looking for is someone who is energetic, personable, confident and hardworking. The role of a recruiter is based around confidence; we can teach you the rest! If you’re someone who has this personality trait then NEOS are able to offer you an incredible career opportunity.
The day to day role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant is to help NEOS provide our clients find the best people for their businesses. This is an incredible time to join NEOS as it’s the very start of our growth journey, working with the best in the industry who are striving for success.
We offer achievable monthly incentives along with abroad trips for top performers! This is an incredible opportunity to join a growing business with unmatched earning potential with the second year looking at £45k plus.
The Role: You will be connecting businesses with the right people to help them grow. It involves sourcing candidates, assessing their skills and experience, and matching them to suitable job opportunities. You will also be building relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide market insight. The role includes managing the full hiring process, from initial outreach through to interviews and job offers. You will be working onsite in Penarth Monday to Friday, with a 3PM finish on a Friday!
