The Role

As Depot Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the depot, ensuring excellent customer service, commercial performance and operational efficiency.

The depot hires a wide range of plant, tools and specialist equipment, operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate and develop the depot team.
  • Drive hire revenue and maximise profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Ensure high standards of health & safety and compliance.
