NEOS Engineering are recruiting for a Business Development / Sales Manager to join a global OEM that continues to expand its presence within the UK marine and port equipment sector. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to take ownership of a growing territory, developing new business while supporting existing customers across the UK and, where required, Europe.

The Role
As Business Development / Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing key accounts and promoting a portfolio of market‑leading port handling and marine equipment. You’ll work closely with customers throughout the sales process while collaborating with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to delivery and aftersales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to grow market share across the UK.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the ports, terminals and marine sectors.
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers, dealers and industry partners.
- Manage the full sales process, from prospecting and customer meetings through to quotation, negotiation and order completion.
