Due to continued growth and investment, they are seeking skilled Heavy Plant Engineers to join their high-performing field service team.

This is an outstanding opportunity to work directly with a prestigious manufacturer, gaining access to advanced diagnostic technology, structured manufacturer training programmes, and clear long-term career progression within a premium engineering environment.

The successful candidate will come from a heavy plant background with experience working on leading machinery brands such as JCB, CAT, or Komatsu. A minimum NVQ Level 3 in Plant or Agricultural Machinery or equivalent is required.

As a Heavy Plant Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a modern fleet of heavy construction equipment, ensuring machinery operates to the highest performance and safety standards. This is a fully mobile position supported by a fully equipped company vehicle.

  • Service, maintenance and repair of advanced heavy plant machinery
  • Working across a diverse fleet including Excavators, Loading Shovels, Dump Trucks, and Material Handling Equipment
  • Carrying out mechanical and electrical fault finding, including work on diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and advanced diagnostics
  • Proven experience working on construction plant, quarrying equipment, or rail machinery
  • Motivated to develop through ongoing manufacturer training and career progression
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Construction or Agricultural Plant Maintenance
  • Full UK Driving Licence
