NEOS Engineering are partnered with a leading manufacturer within the lifting and crane sector who are looking to appoint a
Business Development Manager to drive growth across the UK dealer network.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience selling cranes or heavy equipment who enjoys developing dealer relationships, supporting key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities.

The Role
- Develop and grow the UK dealer network.
- Manage and support existing dealer relationships to maximise sales performance.
- Identify, appoint and onboard new dealer partners where required.
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and major customers.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver sales strategies and market growth.
- Attend customer meetings, industry events and exhibitions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and identify new opportunities.
- The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in business development or area sales within the crane industry.
- Strong understanding of dealer networks and indirect sales channels.
- Experience managing key accounts and developing long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel across the UK.
