NeoRecruit is looking for a small number of Part-Time Hiring Partners in the UK to help open conversations with companies that are actively hiring. The role is designed for people with strong professional networks who can identify hiring needs and introduce qualified opportunities. NeoRecruit handles the delivery side of recruitment, including sourcing, CV screening, AI-led first-round interviews, and shortlist preparation. The Hiring Partner focuses on relationship-building, identifying live mandates, and helping move the client conversation forward.
What you will do
- Identify UK businesses, business owners, and hiring managers with active hiring needs
- Introduce qualified hiring opportunities to NeoRecruit
- Help gather the initial hiring brief and key role requirements
- Support client communication through the early stages of the engagement
- Work with NeoRecruit to move shortlisted candidates toward submission and placement
