Neon Talent Solutions are delighted to be supporting an international insurer to recruit a Business Implementation Lead to join their growing Bristol-based team on a full-time, permanent basis, with hybrid working options available (2 WFH Days / 3 Office Days). Please note:This is not an IT or software implementation role. We're looking for someone with strong change management and stakeholder coordination experience, ideally gained within Insurance or Financial Services. You'll play a key role in coordinating the operational onboarding of new business partners, while also helping to develop and improve the wider implementation framework.
