Neon Talent Solutions are supporting our client to recruit a Project Administrator (Construction) to provide hands-on administrative and systems support across a busy portfolio of live projects on a full time, contract basis (up to 6 months) with an immediate start available. Oracle NetSuite experience would be a significant advantage.

Perhaps you've supported construction or engineering projects, worked within Fire & Security installations, or come from another technical project-led environment where keeping multiple live projects organised is key.

Salary: Dependant on Experience | 25 Days Annual Leave | Onsite Parking

Working Hours: Monday to Friday | Immediate Start

What You'll Do As A Construction Project Administrator:

  • Working alongside multiple Project Managers, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day administration behind their projects – keeping systems, purchasing information, documentation and outstanding actions accurate and on track.
  • Maintaining project records, documentation and systems.
  • Raising and tracking purchase orders.
  • Maintaining supplier and subcontractor information.
  • Tracking actions and chasing outstanding information.
  • Supporting multiple Project Managers across live projects.
  • Identifying gaps, discrepancies and issues requiring escalation.
