This is not an IT or software implementation role . We're looking for someone with strong change management and stakeholder coordination experience, ideally gained within Insurance or Financial Services. You'll play a key role in coordinating the operational onboarding of new business partners, while also helping to develop and improve the wider implementation framework. What's Available To You SALARY: to Β£40,000 per annum + Annual Profit Related Bonus* 26 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays Life Insurance Company Pension Private Healthcare (BUPA) Income Protection Scheme (70%) Hybrid Working - 3 Office Days / 2 WFH Days Annual Profit Related Bonus (*discretionary) Health & Wellbeing Programme Based in Central Bristol with excellent transport links Ongoing professional development opportunities About the Role of Business Implementation Lead As Business Implementation Lead, you'll play a central role in coordinating the onboarding of new business partners, bringing together stakeholders from across the business to ensure agreed actions are delivered, deadlines are met and implementations remain on track. Alongside managing live onboarding activity, you'll help develop and improve the wider implementation framework, identifying opportunities to make processes more efficient, consistent and effective. Coordinate the onboarding and implementation of new business partners Manage implementation plans, actions, timelines and key milestones Bring together stakeholders across Operations, Claims, Finance, Compliance, IT and other business areas Drive actions forward and hold stakeholders accountable for agreed deliverables Manage competing priorities and ensure implementation activity remains on track against tight deadlines Lead regular implementation meetings and stakeholder catch-ups Identify risks, issues and dependencies and coordinate their resolution Support operational readiness and successful transition into business-as-usual Review and improve existing implementation processes, documentation and guidance Help develop effective onboarding and offboarding processes for partners and suppliers Map existing implementation processes and customer journeys, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and experience
WORKING HOURS:
37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday What You Will Bring You'll have experience working within Business Change, Project Management, Business Analysis or a similar coordination-focused role, with the ability to bring together different stakeholders, drive activity forward and deliver against competing deadlines. Previous experience onboarding new business partners, clients or suppliers would be beneficial, but isn't essential - we're equally interested in someone with the right core change and stakeholder management skills who is keen to develop their experience in this area. Minimum 2 years' experience within Business Change, Project Management, Business Analysis or a similar role Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver against tight deadlines Experience supporting or delivering business change initiatives Strong organisational skills with the ability to drive actions through to completion Experience coordinating activity across multiple teams or business areas Experience managing plans, actions, milestones, risks and dependencies Confident facilitating meetings and following up stakeholders on agreed actions Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to process improvement Previous onboarding, implementation or operational readiness experience would be advantageous Insurance or Financial Services experience would be advantageous Exposure to regulated, governance-led environments, due diligence or compliance activities would also be beneficial If you're looking for a role where you can genuinely see the impact of your success, enjoy bringing people together to deliver change and thrive in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.
