We are partnering with a leading creative digital agency that works exclusively with premium and luxury brands across fashion, beauty, lifestyle and hospitality to find an experienced Social Account Manager for a maternity cover contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across an exciting portfolio of luxury clients, supporting the delivery of thoughtful, performance-driven social strategies that build meaningful brand engagement. The Role
As Social Account Manager, you will lead the day-to-day management of multiple social media accounts, ensuring each brand’s digital presence reflects its identity, tone and aesthetic. You will work closely with clients and internal content teams to develop engaging social strategies, oversee content planning, and ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients
- Manage social media accounts across a portfolio of luxury brands
- Develop monthly social strategies and content calendars
- Collaborate with creative and content teams on shoots and campaigns
- Oversee captions and copy to ensure alignment with brand tone of voice
- Schedule and publish content across social platforms
- Manage community engagement including comments and DMs
- Analyse social performance metrics and produce insightful reports
- Stay ahead of emerging social trends, platforms and cultural moments
- Identify opportunities to grow audiences and strengthen brand presence
What We're Looking For
- Around 5+ years’ experience in social media or account management
- Agency experience preferred
- Strong understanding of the luxury fashion and beauty landscape
- Native understanding of key platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube and Facebook
- Experience using social scheduling, reporting and analytics tools
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects
- Passion for digital culture, social storytelling and luxury brands
